DECISIONS, DECISIONS! is a course to help you find a new and more CREATIVE AND HOLISTIC way to make decisions. Traditional decision making is a serious process that somehow seems to have a mythical "one right way". Seems like other people can make smart decisions, know the next right step and sensibly sort through ALL THE THINGS! to find the one perfect and right answer! This can feel like some secret we are not in on and that what we have learned about decision making leaves heart and soul out of the process. This kind of decision making sucks! Having worked for years building my own relationship with the unconscious and offering people support to do the same, each day i see results of how remarkable it is to invite the unconscious and creativity to to support us in daily life. I have come to see how engaging - Mind, Body, Heart, Spirit and Soul - helps us to THRIVE! In DECISIONS, DECISIONS!, we will engage with creativity and the unconscious to connect the whole of ourselves to the decision making process. DECISIONS DECISIONS! Is a playful way to engage the unconscious mind and the parts of ourselves left out of traditional decision making processes. |

This is in part because of my commitment to undoing white supremacy in all the ways I can. I also believe that undoing the patriarchal model of decision making serves us all and if Indigenous, Black and people of colour and people with disabilities can disengage from patriarchal models we are all in better shape.

why learn from me?
i am a creative woman who has built a unique process called Soulmap journaling Soulmap journaling is a unique creative process which builds relationship with the unconscious in ways that strengthen us to thrive and revel in our own lives and is what makes this DECISIONS, DECISIONS unique. i built the DECISIONS, DECISIONS because i am selfish! I wanted to create a way that would help me make decisions that felt more aligned with the whole of me, that took all my thoughts and feelings into account without tangling myself up and so, using Soulmap journaling techniques, i gestated... DECISIONS, DECISIONS! I INVENTED IT!! There's nothing like it out there - it uses creativity but not chance, playfulness but not abdicating responsibility and it helps you celebrate the whole of you in your decisions and therefore your future! It takes you from "I don't know" to "LET'S GO!" I've been road testing it for some time now and it has changed the way i think and feel about decisions, i am more confident and more capable of decision making and the decisions i make are more aligned with who i am. Learn from me and you will get a unique process to support and strengthen your decision making - i hand my baby onto you knowing that it's strong and true!

what difference will it make?As with anything, this only works if you do the work.
PLEASE! Only decide to do this work if you are willing to turn up for yourself and practice what you learn. I really don't want anyone to feel like they should or to shame themselves. (hat tip to Randi Buckley for pioneering that perspective) If you do the work however, this course will support you to learn a whole new way of making a decision. You will be able to look at decision making differently, more playfully and more wholeheartedly. When you make decisions with the whole of you, you are more likely to make decisions that are aligned with your truth, that amplify your heart and soul ARE YOU IN? (remember no pressure ok?!)

YOU DON'T NEED TO CONSIDER YOURSELF A CREATIVE PERSON TO DO THIS WORK! (don't tell anyone ok but, my secret agenda is to help every human understand their innate creativity and this is one of the ways you might realise yours!) This process is about enhancing intuition and not about making something look pretty! you never need to show anyone your process just do the work!! |
