one to one work

Picture

why work one on one?

To work one on one is a way of increasing the potency and focus of the work.

When we work together you are the focus of my loving compassion, creativity and skill.

The recipe of our time together will be unique to you and it may include just some or all of the skills i bring.

I am interested in what you are drawn to and what impulses you have - i have a deep belief that you know, deep down what you need.

When you make a commitment to yourself, to your wellbeing and self reflection I will meet you with all I have to ensure you are held in a loving container and able to use your own wisdom and some new tools to bring about the changes you seek.

what will it look like?

You can come here to my studio in Whangarei or we can meet online - my preference is for zoom but we can call, use facebook messenger, whatsapp or facetime.

I take on a small number of one on one clients at a time and at times, have a waiting list.

I usually work for an hour at a time but this is flexible.

I like to have one session to see if we can connect well and then ask for a commitment of 6 sessions to ensure continuity and time for changes to begin to root in.

Fearlessness is a primary virtue in wisdom traditions around the world. When the self is in the state of love, there is no fear. Instead we are whole and compassionate. We approach others with openness instead of bracing. Keeping the self in this state is a sign of wisdom development
