How would a session work?Booking a session with me either in person in Whangarei or online is simple you just use the scheduler here and book a session.
Each session is 2 hours long and this allows us to engage in the depth and consistency that my hypnosis style requires. I am a warm thoughtful person who's hypnosis style is informal , works with metaphor and story and I enjoy working with a range of treatments and modalities including Regression, Eriksonian hypnosis, NLP and more. I studied with NZ Hypnotherapy and am currently completing my portfolio with them. I have supervision from a well respected Hypnotherapy Trainer and believe this means the service you get when you come to me for hypnosis is tailored for your needs and well researched. After each session you will have homework to complete and will have recordings from the session for you to embed the changes at home. Each session is $150 for two hours.
