Soulmap journaling is a visual journaling process using the page as a window for your inner landscape.
Soulmap journaling is designed to engage the unconscious in a generous way, and build relationship between the conscious and unconscious self.
Creativity is the bridge between these two aspects of self and the creative play relies on the principle of process over product. It's not what you make it's what you experience as you make.
This means that you are at an advantage if you haven't had a lot of art training - what your page looks like is secondary to your experience. Each time you turn up to the page, you are engaged in meeting a new part of your inner life, you have a chance to listen to yourself and to learn to understand yourself in new and invigorating ways.
Soulmap journaling is a process that I have honed over years after learning from Connie Solera and Chris Zydel. It combines my deep commitment to creativity with my study of Jungian psychology to support a rich and powerful experience of the inner life.
My belief is that when we understand ourselves and our motivations we are able to engage with self compassion.
When we engage with self expression we are able to tend more lovingly to ourselves, learn and grow more gently and find ways to keep our own counsel.
soulmap journaling means...

When you are vital and free on the page you are creating permission for this vitality and freedom to accompany you in your conscious life.
